First Visit

Prior to your first visit, we will mail a new patient welcome packet to you including questionnaires that will help us get to know you and that gather necessary health and insurance information. Please have them completed prior to your arrival at our office or plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may be able to see you on time for your appointment. Your comprehensive dental exam will last approximately one and half hours and this time with the doctor and his team members is reserved specifically for you so that you have an opportunity to thoroughly address your health concerns with the doctor without feeling rushed. If time permits, you may have your professional dental cleaning completed at the same appointment.
